Samarinda, Jurnalsepernas.id – KETUA Baladika Kordinator Wilayah (Korwil) Sebulu Muara Kaman Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim), Sudarso yang akrab disapa Darso, di panggil Polisi untuk didengar keterangannya, perihal dugaan melakukan panen kelapa sawit tanpa ijin, milik PT.Karya Teknik Plantation di lokasi Desa Sumber Sari, Kecamatan Sebulu, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara (Kukar), Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim).
Terkait dugaan pengambilan kelapa sawit tersebut, aparat penyidik Reserse Kriminal (Reskrim) Kepolisian Sektor (Polres) Sebulu telah melayangkan surat panggilan pertama kepada nama Darso dengan nomor B/305/VI/2021/Reskrim, prihal permintaan keterangan untuk menghadap pada hari Rabu 16 Juni 2021. “Saya tidak menghadiri panggilan tersebut, karena dilarang sama Pak Jamarius Ariston Ela, paman saya pemilik lahan yang dikerjakan,” ujar Darso.
Lanjut Darso, dirinya dilarang Jamarius Ariston Ela, karena area kelapa sawit yang dipanennya bukan milik perusahaan. “Lokasi
yang dimaksud oleh pihak perusahaan, sama sekali saya tidak pernah melakukan kegiatan apapun,” ungkap Darso kepada Wartawan Jurnalsepernas.id.
Karena panggilan pertama tidak diindahkan, maka terbitlah surat panggilan kedua bernomor B/315/VI/2021/Reskrim bersifat klarifikasi biasa menyangkut permintaan keterangan kedua, namun pada saat tanggal yang ditentukan oleh pihak Polsek, Darso kembali tidak mengindahkan surat tersebut, karena Darso menganggap, tidak tepat lokasinya yang ditulis sipelapor. “Saya tidak hadiri karena, lokasi yang dilaporkan oleh pihak perusahaan salah obyek,” jelasnya.
Keesokan harinya datanglah Darso didampingi oleh wartawan jurnalsepernas.id di Polsek Sebulu untuk memberikan keterangan. Di Polsek Sebulu, Darso di sambut oleh Kepala Unit Reskrim (Kanitres), Ipda Triko Ardiyansah, SE di luar kantor, setelah terlapor menjelaskan bahwa, dirinya tidak pernah melakukan kegiatan di lokasi yang dituduhkan kepada Darso.
Menurut Darso, saat itu juga Kanit Reskrim langsung mencoret surat panggilan tersebut, sembari mengatakan, salah tulis. “Salah tulis pak,” jelas Darso menirukan ucapan Kanit, di depan wartawan Jurnal sepernas.id.
Atas kejadian itu, Darso ingin melaporkan balik pada pihak perusahaan yang telah melaporkan dirinya, atas pencemaran nama baik, karena diduga memberikan keterangan palsu kepada polisi, namun Kanit Reskrim Polsek Sebulu menolak laporan Darso bahkan dicoret itu nama lokasi awal, Desa Sumber Sari diganti dengan tulisan tangan dirubah menjadi Giri Agung, dengan alasan salah tulis (ketik).
Darso merasa sangat kecewa kepada aparat penegak hukum, khususnya penyidik Polsek Sebulu, yang tidak mau menerima laporan balik terhadap dirinya.
Kanit Reskrim Polsek Sebulu, ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan, itu lokasi salah tulis Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP), di Giri Agung karena kita cuma terima melalui Hp,” jelasnya kepada wartawan jurnalsepernas.id, Rabu (30/06) via telepon seluler (ponsel).
